  Tackling Facebook Integration – Part 2 

  I was able to get Simple Facebook Connect installed.  I ran into a few minor issues.  Now I have to pick which SFC plugins I am going to use.  Some of the plugins will require CSS tweaks but it shouldn’t be that hard to get them integrated.

  I am just starting to use the plugin.  I really can’t speak of any value an integration with Facebook will provide.  Do you have any positive experiences to share about your integration?  Please drop me a comment telling me why.  Also, you will be rewarded because my blog is dofollow!

  Tackling Facebook Integration 

  Yes, it is that time.  My blog needs a Facebook like button.  Luckily I have a plugin that should make it a snap.  I am going to use Simple Facebook Connect since I had so much success with Simple Twitter Connect.  I am pretty sure Otto hit a homerun with the plugin as well. I wish life was always this simple.

  Gasoline Flavoured Listerine Strip 

  Have you ever finished pumping gas and spilled some on your hand? Did you also forget to wash your hands before eating? Well, this kinda happened to me today. Instead of gas, it was power steering fluid. I felt like scratching off my tongue after I did it.

  I think Mr Yuck would agree that this was a no-no.  Remember to clean up first before eating.

    Ok, that is really funny! I have had that happen with the gas situation and it seemed like it took hours for the smell to go away. Not fun at all!

      Hey, I have not seen that mr. yuck since I was like 9 years old so that’s been like 20 years or so… Yep, my mom use to get the stickers in the mail and I think you could scratch and sniff them.

  I Created A Monster! 

  A redirect monster that is.  I have create a toolbar similar to Google cache and StumbleUpon.  Please check the link below.  Take particular notice of the toolbar at the top of the page.  Most links I post on Twitter and Facebook will go through the redirect monster.  I will open source this script for anyone that is interested in using it.  Why did I do this you may ask. I created the script to allow me to communicate news and events in one central place.  Redirect Monster, yet another terrific solution built on top of PHP.

  Redirect Goodness with PHP – Part 1 

  I read an article on how to get more exposure on your blog by using a redirect in an iframe page.  There was a PHP script available for download, but I didn’t grab it.  I have since lost the link and can’t find the source.  I know typical me.  I think having a redirect page is perfectly fine.  I have seen the technique used on Google Search and StumbleUpon.  I wanted to let everyone know that I did not loose my desire to blog.  For now coding is trumping blogging.  Technically I am still writing though.:)
